Is Caloroo free?+

Yes. Core calorie and macro tracking, weekly budgeting, food search, group sharing, and progress charts are free to use. Caloroo may add an optional paid tier later for advanced analytics, but the everyday tracking experience stays free.

How fast can I log a meal?+

Most meals log in under five seconds. You can search the food database, scan a barcode, snap a photo, type a custom entry, or tap one of your favorites. Recent and frequent foods stay one tap away so weekday meals get faster the more you use Caloroo.

Yes. Every food entry stores calories, protein, fat, carbs, fiber, and the major vitamins and minerals where the data is available. You can view daily and weekly breakdowns. Caloroo is useful whether you track only calories or follow a strict macro plan.

Caloroo runs as a web app at caloroo.app and as an installable progressive web app on iOS and Android. Your data syncs across devices through your account, so logging on a phone and reviewing on a laptop works seamlessly.

How does Caloroo handle my data?+

Inside a shared mentored group, members can see each other's data the same way the coach does. For 1 to 1 confidentiality, create a separate group per client. Each member can also opt out of sharing specific data categories at any time.
